What payment options do you have?
At Tipsell, we accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Bank transfers, and Paypal payments online.
I have not received a confirmation email after placing my order
It may take a few minutes to receive your confirmation emails after placing your order. You should receive an order confirmation email from Tipsell.com. Please do not forget to look into your Spam or Junk folders. If you do not receive any confirmation email, please email Customer Services providing your signup customer name and email address.
Can I modify my order after I have placed it?
If you need to make any changes to the order you have placed, please contact our support immediately. If the order has not been dispatched already, we may be able to help you.
How much is the delivery charge and what delivery locations are covered?
We have coverage for worldwide delivery. Our delivery charges are: £9.99
Can I get a delivery to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. This can be a work address or a different residential address. In the case of providing a work address please ensure you always put the name of the firm or business in the address field, along with the contact person’s name to ensure it is successfully delivered.
Can I have a next day delivery?
At the moment, we are not offering next day delivery.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase Tipsell are happy to refund products returned within 14 days of delivery. Unwanted items must be returned in a completely resale state and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or a mark. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card or bank account or to your Paypal account according to the method you adopted for payment.
